Samantha W. 12/03/2025	The staff is absolutely wonderful. We rescued our dog, she’s a little wobbly on her feet and most places I called wouldn’t see her or only take walk ins. When I called the woman on the phone was incredible. I told her my concerns and she reassured me that they will try to groom my dog, they will see how she does. I wanted to cry I was so excited. When I arrived today both woman working were so nice and welcoming. I told them if they have any problems to not hesitate to call. I honestly was so nervous to leave Lola because I didn’t know how she was going to do. When I came back to pick her up they told me she can come back anytime. I wanted to cry happy tears again. From start to finish this was an amazing process and painless. I hope both woman know that their kindness really made my entire day. We look forward to coming back!! If you guys want to email me back, cool! If not cool! I just feel like you needed to know how absolutely wonderful you staff was today!
